About the Role

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor to hire an experienced Architecture Site Coordinator to lead large-scale LTA/infrastructure projects, including MRT, rail depot, or major civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works on-site to ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and manage architectural drawings, technical submissions, and design documentation for project execution.
• Liaise closely with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical and design coordination issues.
• Monitor site progress and ensure architectural finishes and installations meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Manage design changes, shop drawings, and RFIs to ensure timely implementation on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate rectification works to resolve architectural discrepancies and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Support project managers with coordination, planning, and technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or construction projects.
• Experience in large-scale building projects will be advantageous.
• Familiar with construction administration, technical documentation, and site coordination processes.
• Proficient in REVIT and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
