Architectural Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination and overseeing all architectural finishing works on site
• Supervise day-to-day operation of the project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings.
• To coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural Discipline.
• Knowledge of BIM technology will be an added advantage.
• 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work.
• Preferably with Nursing Home experience.
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player.
• Must be able to work in the West area.
• Alternate Saturday work
