salary Salary :

$3,000 - 5,500 monthly

Job Description - Architectural Coordinator

Job Description :

  1. Assist the Project Director/ Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants.

  2. Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.

  3. Resolve all site architectural issues (e.g., drawing discrepancies, method statements, or correspondence) and implement appropriate methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent.

  4. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work.

  5. Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve the quality of architectural works without deviation from authority requirements.

  6. Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance with the Master Programme.

  7. Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for Contract/Procurement management.

  8. Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.

  9. Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications for in-progress work.

  10. Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mock up, and materials as well as supervise work progress.

  11. Liaise closely with client, consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.

  12. Preparations and coordination on QM/ CONQUAS Assessments.

  13. Compilations and handing-over of Architectural documentations, including As-built drawing submissions

Job Requirements :

  1. Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural Discipline.

  2. 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work.

  3. Strong proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM platforms

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

  5. Meticulous organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  6. Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving coordination issues

  7. Alternate Saturday
