Architectural Coordinator cum Drafter

Job Description

• Develop and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architectural works using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural, and M&E teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free BIM models.
• Prepare, update, and maintain architectural BIM models and drawings throughout the design and construction stages.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Assist in the preparation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), shop drawings, and as-built drawings/documentation.
• Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with project specifications, local authorities' requirements, and relevant codes.
• Provide technical support to site and project teams in resolving design and coordination issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to BIM deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination and BIM modeling within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Good knowledge of building construction, architectural detailing, and BIM processes.
• Familiar with local authorities' requirements and Singapore construction practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet project deadlines.
