Architectural Coordinator/ Engineer

Job Scopes:

• Oversee all aspects of architectural coordination, installation works, and site execution for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architectural subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper scheduling, smooth communication, and timely execution of works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and authority regulations.
• Liaise closely with consultants, clients, project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve architectural and technical issues on site.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved architectural specifications and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure proper integration between architectural, structural, and M&E works.
• Track and manage architectural work schedules, site issues, variation works, and rectification matters.
• Maintain proper records, reports, inspection documents, and coordination correspondences.
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance with project timeline, quality standards, and authority requirements including PUB project specifications.
• Provide leadership and effective coordination among subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.
• Experience in PUB projects or government projects will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with architectural coordination, shop drawing submissions, and site execution processes.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements, construction standards, and site coordination practices in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Work location is in the west of Singapore.
