Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate the rectification of any defects or issues identified during the construction process.
• Assist in the development of project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring architectural activities are integrated into the overall project plan.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub- contractors according to specifications / drawings
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management
• Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works

Requirements

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Building or equivalent
