Architectural Design Executive (Colour) (Up to $4k)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop colour schemes for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Prepare colour proposals, visual simulations, and client presentation materials.
• Recommend colour solutions that align with architectural design, project requirements, and paint systems.
• Support Sales and Specification teams in tenders, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Present and explain colour concepts to clients, architects, and consultants.
• Revise proposals based on feedback and maintain project documentation.
• Keep abreast of colour, design, and market trends to support new colour collections and design initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural colour design, interior design, or a similar field.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent design software.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, architectural finishes, and building materials.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in the paints, coatings, architecture, or construction industry is an advantage.
