Architectural Designer

Key responsibilities include:

1. Design Conceptualization and Resolution;

2. Prepare 2D Drawings, Documents and Specifications;

3. Prepare and detail 3D Modelling;

4. Physical Model-making;

5. Attend Meetings/ Site Meetings;

6. Review Work Sites and Document Meeting Minutes;

7. Liaise with Consultants/ Suppliers/ Clients/ Authorities, etc;

8. Manage Project timeline and Construction Budget;

9. Select and prepare Material Board;

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

- fresh graduates are welcomed

- applicants with 3-4 years experience are welcomed

Requirements:
- Highly curious, accountable, good team player & a keen learner
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident
- Relevant Degree in Architecture is required
- Good Command of English
- Strong visualization and model making skills
