Architectural Designer

You will be expected to:

•⁠ ⁠Engage & coordinate with project’s stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables

•⁠ ⁠Ensure project designs complies with regulatory requirements

•⁠ ⁠Carry out authorities consultation and submissions

•⁠ ⁠Design development and documentation

•⁠ ⁠Conduct consultants, site meetings and site inspections

•⁠ ⁠Project management from start to handover, including contract administration and completion

You need to have:

• Relevant Architectural Degree or Diploma

•⁠ ⁠At least 3-4 years of working experience in Architecture

•⁠ ⁠Management of projects from concept to completion

•⁠ ⁠Passion and eye for design and details with experience in design documentation

•⁠ ⁠Strong interest in project management, construction and contract administration

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with Singapore codes, regulations and submissions procedures

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of Singapore forms of contracts

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work across different scales of projects

•⁠ ⁠Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently without supervision

•⁠ ⁠Positive, pro-active and driven

•⁠ ⁠Meticulous and able to organise work effectively

•⁠ ⁠Good command of English (both written and verbal)

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Autocad and Sketchup

•⁠ ⁠Experience with ArchiCAD is a bonus
