Architectural Drafter

Draft accurate 2D architectural construction drawings using AutoCAD based on architect’s design sketches, include floor plan, elevation, section and construction details.

Model building layouts with Revit, update drawings promptly per design revisions, client amendments and site variation orders.

Coordinate with civil, structural and M&E drafters to rectify drawing clashes and ensure drawing consistency across all disciplines.

Conduct occasional site measurement, collect on-site data and prepare as-built drawings after project completion.

Sort, archive all drawing files, tender documents and project records systematically.

Assist architects to compile material schedules, door/window schedules and technical documentation.
