• ***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SINGAPORE OR MALAYSIA***

     Architectural Manager

Lead a team of bim coordinators and drafters

Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.

Forecast for any possible clashes with M&E or structural

Highlight issue to Architect to arrange meetings with stakeholders to resolve all clashes

Plan and ensure implementations are carried out according to construction program.

Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.

Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry

Recognised Degree by Board of Architects Singapore

    Architectural Coordinator

Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.

Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.

Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.

Carry out architectural works scheduling, materials requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

To attend to construction site coordination work and meeting, include liaise with RTO for inspection.

Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution.

To assist Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience

At least 3years of working experience in the relating field is required

Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of works
