Position/title: Architectural Manager (large scale & landmark projects)

Salary: SGD 7,000 – SGD 11,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

*Candidate with lesser experience will be consider for Assistant Archi. Manager position.*

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the architectural team to ensure smooth execution of architectural works in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
2. Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural designs.
3. Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, facade, and interior design trades to resolve interface issues and ensure seamless integration.
4. Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
5. Identify, manage, and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues, and site challenges during construction.
6. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and submission requirements (e.g. BCA, URA) and company standards.
7. Support project management in reporting, documentation, and coordination meetings.
8. Drive timely submission of materials, samples, and method statements in accordance with project schedules.
9. Promote workplace safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all architectural works.

Requirements:

1. Recognised Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
2. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least several years in a managerial role within a main contractor environment.
3. Proven experience in managing architectural works for large-scale civil or iconic building projects is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of local authority submission processes and construction practices in Singapore.
5. Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and coordination with structural and M&E systems.
6. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
