About the Role

VIONDATA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Area Manager – Healthcare Operations to oversee the operational performance of multiple healthcare facilities across an assigned geographical area.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional service standards across multiple sites.

This is a leadership role suited to an experienced operations professional with a strong background in healthcare, multi-site operations, people management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple healthcare facilities within the assigned area.

• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure high standards of patient service, operational efficiency and quality across all locations.

• Coordinate workforce planning and operational resource allocation.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach and develop clinic managers and operational teams.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and service excellence.

• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development and succession planning.

• Work closely with HR on recruitment, manpower planning and organisational capability development.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, operational teams and business partners.

• Act as the primary operational liaison between senior management and site teams.

• Resolve escalations and operational issues promptly and professionally.

Financial & Business Management

• Manage operational budgets and monitor financial performance.

• Analyse operational and financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue improvement.

• Support business growth through effective operational planning and execution.

• Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports.

Quality, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies and operational standards.

• Support quality assurance initiatives and operational audits.

• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives across all assigned locations.

• Maintain awareness of relevant healthcare regulations and industry developments.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare operations, clinic operations or multi-site operational management.

• Minimum 3 years' experience leading teams and managing people.

• Proven experience managing multiple operational sites or business units.

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology or pharmaceutical environments is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, General Management or a related discipline.

• Master's Degree or relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
