Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with clients, onboarding, and compliance teams to facilitate smooth account onboarding, KYC/CDD, and AML processes within required timelines.
2. Provide timely support for day-to-day client enquiries and servicing needs.
3. Support Relationship Managers in new business initiatives, including account opening documentation, credit proposal preparation, presentation materials, and credit process coordination.
4. Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and business visits alongside Relationship Managers.
5. Monitor customer accounts and lending portfolios, ensuring timely periodic reviews, covenant monitoring, and post-approval compliance.
6. Assist in preparing waiver requests for policy or covenant deviations where required.
7. Conduct regular portfolio and credit reviews to maintain portfolio quality and identify business opportunities.
8. Support transaction monitoring activities and liaise with clients for supporting documents and information requests.
9. Ensure regulatory and internal compliance checklists are completed and maintained in line with bank policies and regulatory standards.
10. Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
2. Working knowledge of AML/KYC/CDD processes and regulatory requirements.
3. Basic credit assessment and financial analysis capabilities.
4. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
6. Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving skills.
7. Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
