Asia Hedge Fund Compliance Analyst/Associate

An established Asia hedge fund is looking to hire a compliance role that will be part of the APAC Compliance team with wide broad exposure towards different areas of compliance. The role will have visibility to senior stakeholders such as the APAC Head of Compliance and C-suite.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

1. Manage license applications for representatives and ensure timely regulatory filings and reports
2. Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies
3. Assist in preventing market abuse/insider trading through compliance monitoring and trade surveillance

To be eligiblefor this role you will require:

1. 3-5 years of experience in the hedge fund, brokerage, asset/investment management or global markets industry.
2. Proficiency in Python or VBA will be advantageous but not a must have.
3. Strong stakeholders management skills and ability to work independently.
