Asia Pacific - Regional Cloud & Network Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

• Lead the Regional Cloud & Network Team (2-3 Personnels)


• Manage Cloud & Network Services for 8 countries in APAC region which includes Offices, Warehouses, and Factory


• Manage our GNOC & GIOC vendors in APAC region


• APAC markets include Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India with close to 3,000 end users and 500 stores across the region

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cloud Infrastructure Management




• Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.


• Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.


• Implement and manage Azure governance policies, resource groups, and automation (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).




• Network Architecture & Operations




• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and SD-WAN.


• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of network services across all sites.


• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.

• Security & Compliance




• Implement security best practices across Azure and network environments.


• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce access controls, threat protection, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).


• Monitor and respond to network and cloud security incidents.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting




• Utilize tools like Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and third-party solutions for proactive monitoring and alerting.


• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of infrastructure and network issues.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration




• Lead a team of cloud and network engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.


• Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to support IT initiatives.


• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.


• Alignment with Global Team on strategic direction.

• Ad hoc Support




• Additional tasks given by the supervisor or management team

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with recent 3 years in a regional or global role.


• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Network Management (Microsoft Azure, Cisco, Forti, Windows Server OS, Linux, Aryaka)


• Conceptual knowledge of Infrastructure (Cloud, Server, and Network)


• Experience managing services in diverse environments: corporate offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and retail stores.


• ITIL certification and/or PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to travel within the APAC region as needed.
