JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Mission
As an AS&Q Specialist, SEAO you will be responsible for supporting after-sales services & quality operations of LOEWE SEAO. The role will assist the quality processes, working on after-sales service coordination between stores and our designated repair center.
Responsibilities
- Support quality process flow for Loewe SEAO for both customer and stock related quality issues & ensure that retail is apprised of the quality standards and processes.
- Working with retail team for customer related issues / customer escalations to ensure proper handling and timely repair.
- Work with LOEWE designated repair center ensuring they follow LOEWE quality standards, follow up with quality issues, & reconcile billing payments.
- repair lead-time and service level in SEAO (monthly reporting & analysis)
- Defective tracking & product management.
- Place & track orders for spare parts between Headquarters Team and repair center.
- Work closely with Retail In-store After Sales & Quality Specialists and train teams on global customer service policy & in-store leather maintenance service.
- Follow credit notes from Headquarters Team and work with local logistics/finance for destruction of defective products.
Key Requirements
- 3-4 years of previous experience in quality management (preferably from a luxury or fashion/Leather Goods brands)
- Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office specially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- High sensitivity & passion for luxury & fashion
- Exceptional analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
