- Responsible for the collation and analysis of financials and initiatives of hotels/property
- Involved in portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans
- Handle marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of the company's assets
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end asset reports and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports
- Work with external valuers for our assets annual valuation exercise
- Work closely with external consultants and internal teams across various functions to conduct due diligence to evaluate potential investments.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment.
- Location: Town area
- Salary: Up to $10,000
