Job Description - Asset Records Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyse and organise asset information received from Group asset owners/points of contact.

  • Ensure information is sorted into a clear and ready-to-use format.

  • Liaise with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Civil (CIV) asset owners for clarifications when necessary.

  • Update the Asset Inventory template according to the Groups Asset Information Requirement (AIR), ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Focus on this critical task as a dedicated temporary hire.

Requirements

  • Minimum O Level and above.

  • Basic communication skills to liaise with asset owners.

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
