Assistant Accounting Manager - with Growth Opportunities

We are a multinational enterprise with investments in key industries including modern services, consumer goods, green industries, health & wellness, financial services, real estate, aviation, energy and mining.

To support regional growth, we are now seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to join our Singapore team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
• Responsible for month-end closing
• Handle monthly reports
• Prepare and submit GST to IRAS quarterly
• Assist in annual consolidation
• Assist in quarterly reporting to headquarter
• Maintain proper document filing and documentation
• Handle of annual audit and tax
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Handle or assist in treasury and corporate finance matters
• Handle payments, issuance of receipts and invoices
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge in SAP is highly preferred
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with business counterparts

• Working Location: Central
• Working hours: Mon – Fri (0830 – 1800 hours)
