To support regional growth, we are now seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to join our Singapore team.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Responsible for month-end closing
- Handle monthly reports
- Prepare and submit GST to IRAS quarterly
- Assist in annual consolidation
- Assist in quarterly reporting to headquarter
- Maintain proper document filing and documentation
- Handle of annual audit and tax
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle or assist in treasury and corporate finance matters
- Handle payments, issuance of receipts and invoices
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge in SAP is highly preferred
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with business counterparts
