Assistant BIM Manager (MainCon)

• Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan.
• To attend BIM meeting with Clients/Consultants.
• To check clash report and presentation.
• To co-ordinates as built BIM for project completion to clients.
• Co-ordinates with other discipline Architectural/Structural/M&E to develop BIM drawing.
• Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation & coordination (Tender requirements) so that office & site can access same data.
• Mandate all (Main Contractor & Sub-Contractor) to extract shop drawing from BIM Model.
• To ensure 2D drawings & 3D drawings are aligned.
• To prepare template for Asset Information Model (Facility Maintenance Stage) for future BIM projects tender requirement.
• Support tender in BIM scope of works when needed.
• To attending technical meeting when required.

Requirements:

• Relevant BIM Qualification
• Proficient in 3D Revit and AutoCAD for architectural and structural drafting
• Experienced in BIM coordination, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and clash detection
• Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural / Structural) using Revit and ensuring that design and detail confirms to project construction.
• Develop As-built drawing for submission / handover of the project completion to client / consultants.
• To assist with Tender Bids / Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
