Assistant Centre Head/ Centre Head - Hiring Urgently

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement quality standards for all programmes in the centre
• Manage staff performance
• Oversee staff development, training and mentorship programmes.
• Drive recruitment strategy
• Oversee student enrolment for the centre
• Build a positive network with parents and stakeholders
• Conduct daily health checks with students at the door
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
• Ensure the safety of children within the premises
• Report enrolment, staffing and financial data to management
• Conduct stocktake and restocking of supplies
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma-Holder and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin
• At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage
• Salary and position will commensurate with experience.
