Responsibilities

• Cook meals according to the kitchen menu.
• Create new recipes.
• Assist dietitians during their monthly visits.
• Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly.
• Receive and verify supplier deliveries.
• Train new kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Education: At least PSLE / PMR level.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred, on-the-job training available.
• Availability: Comfortable with shift work, 6 days a week.
• Team Player: Works well with others to achieve goals.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting loads and using kitchen equipment.
• Report equipment issues for maintenance.
• Language: Basic English reading and ability to converse in Chinese as its a chinese speaking environment.
