Assistant Director (AI Capabilities Development Office) - AI Centre

What You Will Do

• Support the operationalisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)


• Work closely with various stakeholders to develop and establish the AI processes as well as architecture within the SAF


• Design the training and development programmes, as well as build and maintain relationships with the internal and external partners to establish AI processes and collaborations


• Build and maintain relationships with the internal and external partners to establish AI processes and collaborations.

What You Will Bring

• Education in tertiary qualification in quantitative, scientific and technology disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics


• At least 8 years of relevant digital working experience, preferably in a leadership role


• Have a deep understanding of AI/ML, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks and deep learning


• Hands-on experience working with current AI tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch, is required.


• Able to multi-task and work under stressful environment is advantageous


• Possess of strong leadership traits, good planning abilities and communication skills is essential
