Job Scope:

• Supervise deep cleaning programs.
• Coordinate with the Linen Supervisor for linen, uniforms, and laundry.
• Assist in managing departmental and energy costs.
• Help develop and maintain departmental standards.
• Assign work to housekeeping staff daily.
• Inspect rooms and facilities regularly for quality and maintenance.
• Prepare timesheets and purchase requisitions.
• Implement and oversee housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Address requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain visibility and involvement within the hotel.
• Perform related duties and projects as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
• Continuously improve job knowledge and productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of relevant work experiences
• Candidates with related experiences from Hospitality/HORECA background will have advantage
• Good Communication Skills
• Team Player
