Assistant Executive, Liner Traffic - Hiring Immediately

Job Description

As the Assistant Executive, Liner Traffic, you are responsible for managing the shipping logistics and transportation processes for the liner division to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the transhipment liner division
• Coordinate and collaborate with Liner, Network Agents & Internal Depts to ensure efficient and timely advice on incoming and/or maximizing space on outgoing movement of goods 
• Coordinate and collaborate with Liner, Network Agents & Internal Depts to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and objectives 
• Ensure network agents’ are compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
• Monitor and report on the status of shipments and resolve any issues or delays
• Develop and maintain relationships with Network Agents especially when involving key customers 
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and costs
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or Maritime related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics and transportation processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements in the shipping industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
