Job Description - Assistant Executive, LSC Secretariat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and pack approximately 1,250 files from compactors into boxes.
  • Prepare lists of files per box and a consolidated master listing.
  • Assist with the handover/transfer of files from office to digitising vendor.
  • Check digitised files for accuracy: correct file names, no missing pages, proper order, and alignment.
  • Assist with retrieval of physical files from vendor and return to designated locations.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures accurately.
  • Able to handle physical documents safely and efficiently.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Duration/Working hours:

1 months to 3 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
