Assistant Executive - Motor Underwriting

Job Scope:

• Processing of policy documents
• Ensuring accuracy of data and meeting required turnaround time
• Process new business and renewals policies
• Processing endorsements
• Conversion of Cover Note to policy
• Verify and check policies issued by Synergy (Outsource Partner)
• Identify inconsistencies in documentation and liaise with Underwriters for resolution
• Work closely with internal stakeholder such as Finance for premium payment matters
• Participate in project management on new initiatives and system change for alignment and continuous improvement
• Be actively involved in project management, e.g. UAT, System and Resource Integration
• Develop knowledge in underwriting through processing of motor individual and fleet insurance
