Assistant Finance Controller (West, Up to $4300, MNC) - Collaborative Environment

Job Description:

1. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for all units of SG, adhering to relevant accounting standards.
2. Prepare and review monthly performance reports, conduct account analysis, and handle quarterly and year-end management/statutory reporting.
3. Guarantee compliance with all regulatory reporting and filing obligations, including liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other statutory authorities for internal and external audit matters.
4. Supervise various aspects of business operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and effective risk management.
5. Implement internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize business performance.
6. Provide technical expertise and advice on financial and related matters to frontline managers, and actively engage in day-to-day operations.
7. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
8. Undertake any other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a minimum Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or possess a professional qualification in Accounting (e.g., ACCA).
• Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of Financial and Management accounting principles.
