Assistant Finance Manager (F&B) - East - S$ 5,800 (ID: 605456) - Rewarding Work

• Oversee all finance and accounting tasks, covering budgeting, accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Develop, review, and authorize workflows for payments, contracts, and promotional activities. 
• Conduct regular cash audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies in account receivables.
• Review, advise, and ensure compliance with all accounting entries.
• Manage quarterly GST submissions and other finance-related statutory declarations.
• Provide precise, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information, followed by proposing and implementing cost control measures.
• Review Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Identifying and addressing reconciliation concerns
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and statutory report preparation.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of audited GTO and XBRL reports.
• Handle corporate tax matters and participate in tax audits.
• Supervise and train cashiers from outlets in Singapore. 

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy and Finance/ACCA
• 3-5 years of working experience in Accounting within F&B / Retail industry
• Well versed in Singapore accounting policies and tax regulations
• Strong communication skills, with good management and decision-making abilities
