Assistant FP&A Manager - Business Partnering / Energy Industry - Rapid Progression

Our client is a well-established company, one of the leading players providing energy solutions in market. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager & Business Partnering (FP&A) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance thoroughly.
• Assist in business planning with financial analysis.
• Provide financial and operational support to various teams.
• Offer finance insights for informed decision-making.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, and forecasts and budgets.
• Review monthly work progress and variances.
• Compile monthly performance reports.
• Provide support for budgeting and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units.
• Contributing to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance or any relevant field.
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in Audit Firm is a bonus.
