Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full recruitment process 
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment requirements.
• Source for the right talent using both traditional and creative recruiting methods and resources.
• Assist the Director to manage the Performance Management System to ensure there is appropriate career progression roadmap for each employee and succession planning for each critical position.
• Oversee and facilitate work permit and pass applications for employees.
• Oversee payroll functions and provide hands on support.
• Responsible for organization welfare and benefits

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar function
• Good communication and written skills
• Well versed with Singapore Employment Laws
