Job Description:
- Manage full recruitment process, including posting of jobs to interviewing candidates and facilitate selections.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals, conduct evaluations, and offer feedbacks.
- Identify performance gaps and develop strategies to enhance employee’s performance.
- Oversee the employer brand’s presence on social media, job boards, and other platforms.
- Ensure all employees have an individual development plan (IDP) documented in their performance records.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to boost employee’s skills and assist them in fulfilling their IDPs.
- Gather and analyze HR data to find trends and insights on recruitment, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Create HR reports and dashboards to aid in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Offer suggestions based on HR analytics to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of full spectrum of HR working experience.
- Singaporeans only.
- Able to draft JD and employment handbook.
