Assistant Logistics Supervisor(Supervising/Warehouse Ops/Road Direction/Kallang) - Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our warehouse assistants and a team of delivery drivers. Candidate will work closely with the other supervisors to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee general warehouse duties (receiving and storing, loading/ unloading, picking & packing of goods, conducting periodic stock checks, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment)
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse assistants and drivers
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and delivery vendors to optimize delivery routes, reduce transportation costs, and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Manage and schedule a team of delivery drivers 
• Resolve operational issues and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to optimize processes and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience in managing a team of warehouse assistant and drivers
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Well versed with road directions
