RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Role: Business Analyst to manage, analyse and be the custodian of end-to-end user requirements and Core system and peripheral systems functionalities. The key responsibilities are:
Implementation Plan: Assist in the development and maintenance of implementation plan and work schedule including managing issues, conflicts and interdependencies
Maintain implementation timelines including tracking and following up with users on implementation milestones and deliverables
User Requirements: Manage the collation and analysis of MSIG Singapore user requirements and facilitate discussions with vendor on meeting the user requirements
Conflict Management: Manage and resolve conflicting requirements within MSIG users and with system solutions
Track Issues and Resolution: Track and coordinate the follow-up of issues raised by MSIG Singapore users and vendor, to achieve resolution of all issues
Process and Workflow Reviews: Assist in process and workflow reviews with internal stakeholders based on system design
UAT: Assist Test Manager in UAT execution
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary qualification preferably with degree in Computer Science, IT Technology, Business Administration or its equivalent
Project Management Professional or equivalent (Optional)
Certified Scrum Master (Optional)
OTHER INFORMATION
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with insurance operational exposure
Knowledge of general insurance business
Project Management skills
Vendor and User management
Change management
Conflict resolution
Strong communication skills
Effective stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate vendor solutions into effective solutions for the business
Process re-engineering
Management of UAT and End User Training
