• Innovate and spearhead campaigns highlighting the hospital, its endeavors, and staff.
• Design and implement plans to enhance staff engagement, fostering a stronger organizational culture.
• Offer communication guidance and assistance to departments, overseeing branding and editorial aspects of materials.
• Manage crisis communication efforts and engage in emergency readiness drills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Degree in Mass Communication or relevant discipline
• Minimum or 3 years working experience in management of social media events.
• Good communication skills
