[What you will be working on]

Day-to-Day HR Operations & Business Process Review

  • Review and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, service delivery and employee experience
  • Partner stakeholders to streamline workflows and strengthen operational effectiveness through systems, process and policy improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging data, insights and technology. Adopt the use of digital tech tools to automate and streamline operational work
  • Handle day-to-day operational work across employee lifecycle

Projects & Change Implementation

  • Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects, including policy rollout, system enhancements and transformation initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
  • Champion change management and adoption across stakeholders

HR Policy & Benefits Management

  • Lead end-to-end review and implementation of HR policies, with a focus on staff benefits (e.g. leave and flex work)
  • Analyse trends, benchmark best practices and recommend enhancements to ensure policies remain relevant, competitive and employee-centric
  • Provide advisory support to stakeholders on HR policies and benefits matters

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations, benefits and/or policy work
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, business process improvement, policy review and implementation
  • Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Public Sector Human Resource policies, practices and guidelines will be an advantage
  • IHRP certification preferred

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
