Responsibilities:

Interpret and implement Ministry of Health policies with clinicians and operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to cost hospital services according to National Costing Guidelines.
Develop and maintain standard costing and pricing models for new services.
Regularly revise fees to manage costs and support clinical, education, and research missions.
Analyze market data to provide costing and pricing insights for decision-making.
Participate in national projects and system implementations.

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy, Business, or similar field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with scripting and data visualization tools preferred.
Healthcare sector or system implementation experience advantageous.
