Assistant Manager (Finance) - Hiring Urgently

As a Assistant Manager, Finance, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Monthly closing of Accounts and submission to and report submission to Headquarter. 
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system. 
• Reconciliation of accounts and preparing financial statements for monthly reporting. 
• Supervision of Accounts Payable and Oversight of specialized department finance activities.
• Managing accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals and vendor communication. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in accounts payable activities. 
• Oversee other finance activities related to the department or organization's financial service center. 
• Support for annual projections, operating budgets and cash projections. 
• Assist General Manager in preparing annual projections and operating budgets. 
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for budget planning. 
• Enforcement of Internal Controls.
• Develop, implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. 
• Conduct periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement. 
• Review of balance sheet accounts and audit preparation.
• Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
• Prepare audit schedules and support documentation for external auditors.
• Assist in resolving audit findings and implementing corrective actions. 
• Update audit and risk reports for the finance department based on audit findings and recommendations.
• Participate in system enhancements ad project implementations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system enhancements and project implementations related to finance operations. 
• Ensure compliance with statutory and operational requirements in system changes. 

Requirement: 

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Above 5 years' of experiences  (with supervisory skills)
• Able to multi-task under a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. 
• Working knowledge in SAP will be preferred.
