Responsibilities:
- Provide financial planning & analysis support.
- Identify and understand business challenges and opportunities.
- Dive deeply into financial data, market analysis / benchmarking to provide additional insights.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and market data, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
- Manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate and audit industries
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
- Ability to work independently and closely with stakeholders
- Willing to travel
