Duration: 2 years

Salary: S$4,600 - S$6,200

Location: Sentosa (Shuttle Bus provided)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

Act as a single point of contact for the Business Units you are in charge of.

Responsible for the assigned divisions’ HR needs, providing HR solutions to improve
business performance.
Assist in Project Management (migration of HRIS system to workday).
Assist in manpower staffing requirements and fulfilment. This will include, but not limited
to, recruitment, managing headcount establishment and manpower budgeting, reviewing job positions and performance calibration.
Implement HR policies based on an understanding of business priorities.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to stakeholders.
Partner management in key areas such as change management, organisational design,
employee engagement and HR analytics.
Support line managers across the divisions on organisational structure and design.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR operations and policy
Good understanding of labour laws is an advantage
Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholders’ relationships
Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills
