As a Assistant / Manager - HR, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee and handle all recruitment processes from selection of candidates, arranging of interviews to offer stage
- Manpower projection and HR budget planning
- Managing of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans. Responsibilities include liaising with insurance partners, informing benefit details to employees, and addressing benefits-related inquiries or issues
- Managing employee relations, such as employee concerns and grievances, managing employee discipline and performance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs; identifying training needs, developing training programs, and delivering training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resource
- HR experience preferably in a healthcare
