The primary role is to supervise and manage a team of Technical Executives and oversee the operation on 2 laboratories which support the running of experiments. In addition, this position will coordinate with various subject coordinators on the requirement of the experiment and sustain the teaching excellence in the College of Computing and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide Technical Executives supporting the software laboratories.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned teaching laboratories and ensure operational readiness for laboratory activities.

• Coordinate laboratory requirements and operational arrangements with subject coordinators and relevant stakeholders.

• Support staff deployment, scheduling, procurement, and related laboratory administration.

• Ensure laboratory readiness, safety compliance, and timely technical support for teaching and assessment activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant experience.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to lead, guide, and support a small operational team.

• Meticulous, proactive, analytical, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
