  • Manage course registration processes, oversee curriculum updates and submissions for College approval, coordinate timetable scheduling, and liaise with the Office of Academic Services for cross-school registration matters.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the Senior Executive responsible for day-to-day operational tasks including enrolment, assessments, faculty hiring support, and final project submissions.

  • Manage the end-to-end PTL hiring process, including coordinating teaching needs with Programme Co-Directors, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, processing appointments through HR, and overseeing onboarding, contractual requirements, and ongoing faculty administration.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of exam results and grades, ensuring accuracy and compliance with institutional academic policies.

  • Plan, direct, and evaluate orientation programmes for each student intake, and oversee the resolution of student queries and feedback in line with institutional protocols.

  • Prepare, monitor, and report on programme budgets, including technology-related procurement and asset management.

  • Collaborate with internal departments, faculty, and external stakeholders to address programme-related matters and ensure operational alignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable learning new IT systems or platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and departments.
