Job Responsibilities

• Execute digital media strategies for company’s marketing campaigns and optimize engagement on their social media channels and other digital platforms.
• Assist in the management of social media channels and their content line-up.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support efforts to foster an engaged digital community of environmental enthusiasts and advocates. 
• Coordinate with campaign teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all touchpoints. Work closely with creative, media and social media agencies to achieve timely campaign execution and effective outcomes.
• Perform procurement duties in adherence to public sector procurement policies and processes; assist in the tracking and management of budgets and payments.

Job Requirements

• Background in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing or content development.
• Has experience in utilising digital ad-buying platforms, social listening tools and data analytics tools to measure and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven and well-organised to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content creation for social media platforms, graphic design or video production is a plus.
