Summary:

Responsibilities: 

The Assistant Manager will oversee the management of assigned clinical services across the care continuum, focusing on achieving key outcomes in customer service, volume and financial performance, process efficiency, and staff development.

• Oversee assigned service point operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, including front counter services and administrative matters
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address system and process challenges
• Develop innovative services to enhance service levels and improve patient care
• Drive volume and financial targets for assigned clinical services through budgeting, reviews, and new service development
• Lead recruitment and retention efforts to build a motivated and stable team that meets customer and business objectives
• Facilitate two-way communication between staff and management, escalating issues, and proposing solutions when necessary

Requirements

• Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in healthcare industry
• *Clinical ops experience preferred!
• Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Analytical and with good problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
