Responsible in assisting the Manager, People & Culture and/or Director, People & Culture for the full spectrum of Human Resources including Learning & Development aspect of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Assume the role of business partnering with departments as assigned by the superior.
- Prepare HR Reports as assigned by superior.
- Responsible for the recruitment program, which include activities such as advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, job fairs and employment offers.
- Prepare feedback on continuous workplace improvements to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
- Assist in the organising and taking part in internal events.
- Together with the Executive, People & Culture, liaise and coordinate all Learning & Development programs.
- To assist in co-ordinating performance management activities and provide feedback to management with regard to high potential talent, common training needs, etc.
- To assist in supervising cafeteria and Associate Facilities, ensures that associate welfare and interests are addressed.
- To take on other HR related tasks as assigned by Manager and/or Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and prior experience in Human Resource Operations and Learning & Development in hotel industry is preferred.
- At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and well-organised.
- Maturity to handle confidential information.
- Strong team player, whilst still having the ability to work independently.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability.
