Assistant Manager, Research (Contract Renewable)

As an Assistant Manager (Research), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and manage the funding, budget, logistics and research programme operations
• Monitor and manage the coordination, deliverables and timelines of the projects
• Be responsible of the research and grant administration activities such as track and collate the grant/claims submissions, budgeting planning and utilization tracking
• Track and record the performance, initiatives and publicity efforts of the project
• Plan and implement the initiatives and events related to the research programme
• Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the pipeline of the project are met on a timely manner
• Conduct regular reviews of the progress of the project
• Assist in any regulatory and IRB approvals for the research projects
• Lead and assist in any relevant reports, presentations and materials
• Supervise the staff performance and monitor the data collections and entries
• Report to the Senior Manager/Director of Clinical Research Unit

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related field
• Must have excellent leadership, project management and administrative experience
