Assistant Manager / Senior Associate, Building Systems

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Surveys: Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems in Changi Airport


2. Contractor Management: Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.


3. Specification Preparation: Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.


4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.


5. Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.


6. Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.

Digital Competencies:

1. Demonstrated ability to leverage digital technologies and automation to transform maintenance and facilities operations.


2. Ability to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions that improve safety, productivity, service quality, and lifecycle asset performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.


2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management.


3. Good stakeholder and project management skills.


4. Good verbal and written communication skills.


5. Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


6. Strong analytical thinking skills.


7. Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
