Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and improve finance-related processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive financial planning and budgeting to meet organizational goals.
• Monitor performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct analytics and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
• Act as a communication liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage funding requests and track utilization to ensure compliance.
• Receive on-the-job training and participate in relevant courses to gain practical experience.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create structure in dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus.
